Internship Overview

Our five-week Summer II Internship Program (July–August 2025) is designed for senior students and recent graduates keen to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, technology-driven setting. This program provides a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world projects while enhancing skills for future career advancement.

Intern Activities Include:

  • Engaging in industry-specific technical and business development tasks.
  • Coordinating project documentation and management.
  • Collaborating and communicating with industry professionals.

Internship Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Internship Focus Areas: Tech Support, Property Management, Systems Integration, Assembly, Product Development, Project Management, and Logistics

  • Coordinate property management activities within the warehouse.
  • Support product development for outdoor digital signage.
  • Assist in project management tasks.
  • Research and search for municipality government projects.
  • Aid in systems integration and warehouse operations.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for digital signage systems.
  • Maintain consistent communication with vendors and suppliers.
  • Organize and manage project files and technical documentation.
  • Assist with the company’s registration and RFP response processes.
  • Support business development and preparation of government RFP responses.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe tools (Photoshop).
  • Strong writing, analytical, and research capabilities.
  • Attention to detail with professional communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Experience with SolidWorks and familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Prior experience in technical or executive support is an advantage.
