TikTok Creator Outreach Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and personable Creator Outreach Specialist to join our team. Your primary mission will be to reach out to TikTok creators, engage them with our brand, and get them to join our Discord community. This role is all about communication, hustle, and hitting ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research TikTok creators who align with our brand and community.

Directly message creators (DM/email) to invite them to join our Discord.

Craft compelling, personalized outreach messages that spark interest.

Build and maintain a pipeline of ongoing creator conversations.

Hit weekly and monthly targets for new Discord members brought in through your outreach.

Collaborate with the team to improve messaging, identify creator trends, and optimize outreach strategies.

Track outreach performance and report on growth metrics.

Requirements:

Proven ability to talk to people and build relationships quickly.

Strong written communication skills with a creative edge.

Familiarity with TikTok culture and the creator landscape.

Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Experience with Discord is a plus.

Bonus: Background in influencer marketing, community building, or sales.
