Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact, including list segmentation and performance analysis.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing copy, blog posts, and promotional materials aligned with brand voice and strategy.
- Marketing Funnels: Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Graphic Design: Utilize tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics for various marketing initiatives.
- Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging short-form videos using CapCut to support social media and marketing campaigns.
- Website and Membership Site Management: Update website content and manage membership sites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Business Automation: Implement and manage automation tools to streamline marketing and administrative processes.
- Inbox and Calendar Management: Organize and respond to emails, schedule appointments, and manage calendars to ensure efficient time management.
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Tech Setup: Handle the setup and integration of marketing tools and platforms, ensuring all systems function cohesively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Marketing Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, including Later for scheduling and planning content.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with marketing funnel creation and optimization.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Canva.
- Experience with video editing tools, particularly CapCut.
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Previous experience in customer support roles.
