Real Estate Analyst Intern – Junson Capital

Program Description:
Junson Capital is seeking highly motivated individuals with outstanding academic achievements and strong analytical skills to join its real estate team in New York as Analysts interns. This internship program offers participants broad exposure to real estate investments, asset management, and portfolio management. Interns will work directly with seasoned real estate professionals, gaining valuable experience and developing both technical and soft skills.
Program Duration: 3month
Key Responsibilities:
Provide analytical support on a wide range of assignments, including market research, property operating statement reviews, cash flow modeling, valuations, and creating presentations for Investment Committee approvals.
Collect and analyze data related to acquisitions, financing, asset management, and dispositions to assist in strategic decision-making.
Update and maintain the research database and contribute to the preparation of investment reports and analyses.
Perform additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or master's (excluding MBA) student. Master's candidates should have no more than one year of full-time work experience.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred academic backgrounds include real estate, corporate finance, accounting, or economics.
Must possess native or business-level fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Location: This position requires on-site - New York City.
