GoToMarket Strategy and Content Intern

Role Overview

JED Growth Partners is looking for a highly motivated marketing intern to help build relevance and visibility within the founder-led SaaS ecosystem.

This role is focused on content, digital presence, and outbound awareness. You will work directly with the founder to translate real-world revenue strategy into content, campaigns, and targeted outreach that reaches SaaS founders.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how early-stage companies actually scale revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Help develop short-form and long-form content (posts, blogs, light PR)
  • Research and identify target SaaS founders and companies for outreach
  • Support outbound prospecting through social platforms and tools
  • Help refine messaging to align with founder-led SaaS audiences
  • Track engagement and suggest ways to improve reach and relevance
  • Identify tools and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to write clearly and simply for a business audience
  • Interest in startups, SaaS, or entrepreneurship
  • Comfortable researching and identifying target audiences online
  • Basic understanding of branding, messaging, or digital marketing
  • Resourceful and proactive with new tools and technologies

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (Philadelphia area preferred)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Organized and consistent with follow-through
  • Interest in business, startups, or growth strategy

  • Remote, with occasional in-person meetings in the Philadelphia area
  • Flexible schedule
  • Minimal to no travel required
  • Direct exposure to founder-level strategy and decision-making
