Studio Assistant

We are looking for a high-energy, Fashion-Forward Studio Assistant to join our creative space. This is a multi-faceted role designed for an ambitious self-starter who wants to see the inner workings of a jewelry and fashion brand. You’ll be involved in everything from digital content creation to high-stakes trade shows.

The Ideal Candidate

• A Fast Learner: You pick up new software and systems in a short time.

• Visually Minded: You have a keen eye for fashion and aesthetic trends.

• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating design tools like Photoshop, Canva and social platforms.

• Organized & Proactive: You see a messy jewelry tray or a pending order and take initiative before being asked.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce & Logistics: Facilitate web order processing, including Billing, packing and generating shipping labels.

• Studio Organization: Maintain and organize jewelry trays and inventory to keep the studio “camera-ready.”

• Events: Assist with setup, sales, and operations during industry trade shows.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the fashion/jewelry industry.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a "no task too small" attitude.
