Sponsorship Sales Associate
Momentum Events produces executive-level conferences that bring together leaders from pharmaceutical and biotech companies to discuss the strategies shaping the future of healthcare.
We are looking for a hardworking, curious, and tech-savvy early-career professional who wants to build a career in B2B sales and business development.
This role is ideal for someone who is excited about using AI, automation, and modern sales tools to work smarter, move faster, and create large-scale impact.
What You’ll Do
You will help grow sponsorship revenue for our conferences by identifying companies that provide services to pharmaceutical and biotech organizations and introducing them to our events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and researching companies that serve the life sciences industry
- Conducting high-volume outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Booking meetings with potential sponsors and presenting event opportunities
- Managing sales activity and pipeline in HubSpot
- Using AI tools and internal automation systems to research prospects, personalize outreach, and improve sales efficiency
- Leveraging data and tools to scale outreach and maximize the number of meaningful conversations
- Working closely with leadership to learn sponsorship sales strategy and negotiation
- Supporting the sales process from first outreach through deal closing
