Location: New York, NY (Fully Remote)
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour for 5 to 15 hours per week
Term: Spring 2025 (Beginning January 6, with the possibility of extending into the Summer and/or Fall

One Spirit Learning Alliance is a nonprofit interspiritual learning community in New York City. We offer spiritual education, workshops, and community programs that draw on wisdom traditions from around the world. Our work focuses on personal transformation, compassionate service, and building a more conscious and connected world.
About the Internship
We are looking for a student who enjoys creative storytelling and is curious about how marketing works inside a real nonprofit environment. This internship focuses on developing social media and email marketing deliverables (content and graphics), marketing administration, and analytics. It is a good fit for someone who wants hands-on experience and the chance to create meaningful work with mentorship that will appear on our actual channels and make an actual impact. You will be part of a small team that values kindness, clarity, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
· Create and schedule social media graphics and posts for Instagram and Facebook
· Help write and format email newsletters and event announcements
· Assist in planning monthly content calendars
· Track performance data such as email open rates, Instagram insights, and Google Analytics
· Help update website content and event descriptions
· Research content ideas that align with our mission and audience
· Contribute ideas for storytelling and community engagement
Preferred Qualifications
· Strong writing and communication skills
· Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
· Familiarity with Canva or other editing software
· Some exposure to email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
· Experience or an interest in learning more about Google Analytics
· A genuine interest in spirituality, wellness, education, or nonprofit work
· Reliable, organized, and comfortable working semi-independently
