As an Administrative & Sales Support Assistant at Heera Moti, you will play a key role in supporting daily business operations and client relations within our B2B jewelry division. You’ll assist in managing orders, coordinating with vendors and clients, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities:
Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks and documentation.
Manage client inquiries and assist in order processing and tracking.
Maintain product, pricing, and client databases.
Coordinate shipments, invoices, and logistics with vendors and partners.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Assist in trade show/event preparations and follow-ups.
Follow up on Call / Email.
Communicate directly with key client representatives and business partners to support relationship management.
Handle general office duties — scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
