Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is a remote, unpaid internship designed for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in the music and entertainment industry. You’ll play a key role in content creation, campaign support, and social media growth for our artists and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Design engaging graphics, short-form videos, and rollout visuals for artist campaigns.

Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content across TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Branding & Visual Design: Assist with cover art, promotional materials, and marketing assets.

Campaign Support: Contribute to digital rollouts, influencer activations, pre-save campaigns, and playlist pitches.

Artist Collaboration: Work directly with Afrobeats, R&B, Hip-Hop, and Pop artists on content and release strategies.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on engagement metrics to inform future strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related program.

Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.

Strong understanding of what drives engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.

A passion for music, culture, and artist development is essential.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite) is a plus.

Compensation:

This is an unpaid internship with optional commission-based bonuses tied to campaign performance.
