Roll Ice Cream LLC is a U.S.-based, women-owned company that helps entrepreneurs launch and grow rolled ice cream businesses. We’ve supported small businesses across the U.S. and Caribbean with equipment, training, and digital content.

As part of our broader ecosystem, interns may also gain exposure to projects under YES (Your Equipment Suppliers) and Krystle Phillips (Entrepreneurial Brand). This is a chance to work with a women-led, globally engaged team that values creativity, diversity, and innovation.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative storyteller with video editing skills who wants to bring entrepreneurial journeys, supplier visits, and travel stories to life on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This internship is designed to give you academic credit, real published work, and portfolio-quality content that can help launch your career.

Responsibilities

Edit long-form YouTube videos (travel features, interviews, supplier visits).

Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Add captions, text overlays, branding, and music to optimize engagement.

Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent for editing.

Design thumbnails and supporting visuals using Canva or stronger design tools.

Collaborate with leadership to refine storytelling style and visual identity.

Compensation

Monthly stipend (USD $200–350) plus performance-based bonuses (USD $75+ per month) for consistent output and creative impact.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and After Effects (bonus).

Experience editing for YouTube or social media platforms.

Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and design.

Bonus: Sound design or motion graphics experience.
