About Us
Naughty Cocktail Parties is a fun, fast-growing direct sales company specializing in sexual health and wellness products. Our 1950s-inspired branding focuses on a playful retro kitsch aesthetic—and we’re looking for a creative mind to help us take it to the next level.
We operate all of our business functions (office, warehouse, and production facility) under one roof in Bridgeville, PA. This is not a retail storefront and is not open to the public; it’s our creative and operations hub.
We are a small, close-knit team made up of our owner, two executive assistants, and two part-time employees. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment and be open to learning about different aspects of the business. This role is a great fit for an entry-level graphic designer, freelancer, or college student looking for flexible hours and real-world experience.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate directly with the owner, team, and field leaders on creative ideas and marketing campaigns.
- Design customer and consultant-facing graphics for social media, email, website banners, print, packaging, and merchandise.
- Assist with brand elevation—refining our look and feel while staying true to our vintage vibes.
- Capture short product videos (hand-modeling, feature highlights).
- Photograph products and lifestyle/action shots in and around the office.
What We're Looking For
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools)
- A portfolio of relevant work (student, freelance, or professional)
- An eye for design trends, especially vintage and retro styles
- Creativity, adaptability, and strong attention to detail
- Comfort working in a sexual health and wellness business environment
Details
- Type: Approx. 10–15 hours per week (flexible hours on-site in Bridgeville, PA)
- Pay: $13–$18 per hour, depending on experience
- Equipment: Mac computer provided for on-site work
- Benefits: None (part-time role)
