About the Role:

Lazy.Shop is hiring a creative, versatile Graphic Designer to join our team for Fall 2025. You’ll be responsible for bringing custom apparel ideas to life — from Greek life collections to custom drops and everything in between. This is a remote, project-based role with flexible hours and real earning potential.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with Campus Managers and the Lazy.Shop founding team to produce apparel students actually want to wear. You’ll own the design process from concept to final mockup, and get paid per project — with additional commission on orders tied to your designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Apparel Design & Branding

Create original apparel designs for sororities, fraternities, clubs, and student orgs

Design for seasonal brand collections like Lazy Greek and Lazy Golf

Translate chapter and client ideas into polished, print-ready artwork

Maintain and evolve Lazy.Shop’s visual identity across all design touchpoints

Project Collaboration & Production

Work with Campus Managers to understand client needs and design direction

Submit mockups and production files on deadline and in the correct format

Incorporate feedback from clients and internal team efficiently

Ensure design files meet production and printing requirements

Creative Strategy

Contribute to larger brand initiatives including website graphics, social media visuals, and internal campaigns

Stay on top of campus style trends, Greek culture, and design aesthetics that resonate with students

Help shape Lazy.Shop’s overall creative vision as we grow

Who We’re Looking For:

Students or recent grads with a strong design portfolio

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (or similar vector-based tools like Affinity Designer or Canva Pro)

Clean, wearable design style that appeals to college audiences

Strong attention to detail, layout, and file preparation

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus: Experience with apparel, streetwear, or Greek life merch
